1. Introduction

These terms of service ('Terms') govern your use of mul-tiple, an HR management platform operated by mul-tiple ('we', 'us', 'our'). By using our service, you agree to these Terms.

2. Service Description

mul-tiple provides a cloud-based HR management platform for small businesses, including features for employee expenses, time tracking, absences, compliance, approvals, self-invoicing, and payments.

3. Account Registration

When creating an account, you agree to the following:

  • You must provide accurate and complete information
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must be 18 years or older to create an account
  • One company account per organisation

4. BETA Programme

mul-tiple is currently in BETA. During this period:

  • The service is provided free of charge to the first 10 customers
  • Features may change without notice
  • We may introduce pricing after the BETA period
  • BETA customers will receive advance notice of any pricing changes
  • Service availability targets may differ from production SLAs

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for unlawful purposes
  • Upload malicious software
  • Attempt to access other users' data
  • Resell or redistribute the service
  • Use automated tools to scrape data

6. Data and Privacy

Your data remains yours. We process it in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring you have appropriate consent to store employee data on the platform.

7. Intellectual Property

The mul-tiple platform, including its design, code, and content, is our intellectual property. You retain ownership of all data you input into the platform.

8. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance will be communicated in advance. We are not liable for downtime due to factors beyond our control.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim
  • During the BETA period, the service is provided "as is"

10. Termination

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 30 days.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
